Tim Grover, DAP, MBBRS
I’m 46, married, with a young son and a dog called Freddie. I’m an advanced practitioner in BWRT, covering General Psychopathology and the Psychology of Identity and Behaviour, trained with the Terence Watts BWRT Institute and a member of the British BrainWorking Research Society.
I also hold an Advanced Diploma in Hypno-analysis, a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis, and a Diploma in Psychotherapy, trained via the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis.
.
Can I help you? Yes.
I’m highly qualified to help using some of the most respected and effective therapeutic techniques available. BWRT® is designed for when it feels difficult, or even overwhelming, to think about a certain event or thought — it works by identifying the emotional trigger connected to that thought and helping your brain adopt a healthier, preferred response.
I also offer Hypnoanalysis, often considered the “crème de la crème” of therapies — tracing an issue back to its original root cause so it no longer has the power to affect you. Many clients find that resolving these core issues brings a natural boost in confidence and self-worth across many areas of life.
Your initial consultation is where we begin — exploring your needs and working out which approach, or combination, will be most effective for you.
You don’t have to suffer anxiety
Anxiety often comes from an incessant amount of thinking — then trying to think your way out of it, which usually makes things worse. You might not be feeling especially courageous right now, but that will come. As we break down the barriers of fear, you’ll find that underneath the self-doubt is an unlimited amount of courage, just waiting to be used. Whoever you are, and whatever brought you here, it’s a sign you’re ready for a change — and anxiety is something you can move past.
